Dave Simonsen, senior vice president of the Industrial Team at NAI Alliance, was recognized as the featured broker by ProLogis during the 2012 SIOR conference. ProLogis based the recognition on Simonsen's work in often-complex deals that filled 600,000 square feet of industrial space in ProLogis' northern Nevada portfolio.
