USA Graphite Inc. of Las Vegas said last week it signed an option agreement with Nevada Minerals Holdings Inc. of San Diego covering 1,985 acres of claims in Washoe, Elko, Pershing and Churchill Counties.
USA Graphite will pay $50,000 in cash and $2.5 million in restricted shares of stock upfront and will invest $1 million a year in development of the project.
