NAIOP officers

Dean Whellams of Q&D Construction has been elected president of the Northern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP, a commercial real estate development group.

Travis Durfee of ProLogis was chosen as president-elect, Paul Kinne of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada was elected as treasurer and Brad Woodring of NV Energy was selected to be secretary.

Members of the NAIOP board of directors include Brendan Egan of Dermody Properties, Eric Bennett of CBRE, Aaron West-Guillen of Clear Channel, Mike Nevis of NAI Alliance, Mike Perkins of MTK Ltd., Cory Miller of First American Title Co., Andy Tourin of First Centennial Title Co., Todd McKenzie of McKenzie Properties, Michael Pollock of Nevada State Bank, Doug Roberts of Panattoni Development, Chris Fairchild of Avison Young and Ben Kennedy of Gordon Silver.

Committee chairs include Brian Wallace of Nevada State Development Corp, programs committee; Matt Harris of Coldwell Banker Commercial, marketing and PR committee; Perkins, membership and sponsorship committee; West-Guillen, legislative committee; Fairchild, Developing Leaders committee; and Tourin, education committee.
