Carson CityThe following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:SUNDAY• 4:25 p.m.: A 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on charges of violation of bail conditions and violation of a suspended sentence. Bail: $4,000.MONDAY• 2:45 a.m.: Nicholas Moen, 26, and Charles Moen, 29, of Carson City were arrested in the 100 block of East Telegraph Street. Both were arrested on charges of simple battery and battery with a deadly weapon. Nicholas was charged additionally with robbery. Charles was charged additionally with accessory to robbery. Bail for both was $80,000.• 3:59 a.m.: Wayne Dias, 33, of Carson City was arrested at Ormsby Boulevard and Newman Place on a charge of driving under the influence. Bail: $1,132.• 4:15 p.m.: A 44-year-old Mound House man was arrested at the Carson City Jail after being transported from Lyon County on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant. Bail: $974.• 11:30 p.m.: Aaron Brinkhous, 27, of Carson City was arrested in the 300 block of William Street on a charge of a parole and probation violation.
