CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Sub sandwich, coleslaw, pickled beets, tropical fruit and baked chips.

TUESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, green beans, strawberries in yogurt and roll with margarine.

WEDNESDAY: Eggplant parmesan, dinner salad, whole wheat bread with margarine, ambrosia and cookies.

THURSDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, corn, rice, mixed berries in the cloud and biscuits with honey and butter.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and peaches.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Hamburger steak with brown gravy, cauliflower Tater Tots, whole wheat bread with margarine and mixed fruit.

TUESDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread with margarine and banana apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, celery sticks and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Chicken salad and onion soup, carrot and celery sticks, grapefruit sections, whole wheat bread with margarine.

FRIDAY: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed veggies, bananas, and cake and ice cream.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Open faced hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, cranberry sauce, pasta salad and pumpkin pie bars.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, whole wheat bread and fruited gelatin dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Baked ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli casserole, Waldorf salad, rolls, and sweet potato pie.

THURSDAY: Variety of grilled sausages, bratwursts or foot long hot dog on a pretzel bun, sauerkraut, German slaw, German potato salad, apple strudel and plum cake.

FRIDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, banana, and apricot pineapple punch.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pear halves and whole wheat dinner rolls.

TUESDAY: Stroganoff noodles, beets and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Chef salad with dressing, celery and carrots ticks and garlic biscuits.

THURSDAY: Turkey bean soup, bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, orange spinach salad and pear halves.

FRIDAY: Sauerbraten, potatoes, green salad and dinner roll.
