Caudill completes Career Agents course

Michael Caudill, Farmers Insurance agent in Carson City, has completed the Career Agents course at the University of Farmers training facility in California.

The university is national in scope and offers training to 15,000 agents and their staff, 500 district managers and 10,000 claims staff year round.

The course gives an agent the ability to learn how to successfully understand the needs of customers and help them choose the right insurance.

PrimeLending relocates, plans grand opening

PrimeLending has relocated to 508 N. Curry St. across from the Nevada State Museum. A grand opening event will be held at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 15.

Mortgage help available

Bank of America specialists will be on site from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the Reno Sparks Convention Center, 4590 S. Virginia St., to give free assistance to Bank of America customers with hardships that has made it difficult to pay the mortgage.

Specialists will review financial situations and determine if homeowners are eligible for a plan to prevent foreclosure. Homeowners must bring documentation of their financial situation. A list of required documents can be found at www.bankofamerica.com/homeownerevent.
