The Nevada State Contractors Board revoked the license of a northern Nevada general engineering firm.
The license of Northern Nevada Excavating of Sparks was revoked for infractions including willful disregard of safety or labor laws, failure to keep in force a bond or cash deposit and failure to establish financial responsibility.
Northern Nevada Excavating also was fined $1,250 and ordered to pay investigative costs.
