The Douglas County Historical Society is looking for six women to honor at their Women in History celebration to be held from 2-4 p.m. March 23, 2013 at the Carson Valley Museum and Cultural Center, 1477 Highway 395 in Gardnerville.
To nominate someone who has made a contribution to life in Douglas County, pick up an application at the Douglas County Historical Society office. For more information, call 775-782-2555.
