Free workshops for domestic well owners

The Nevada Water Resources Association will hold three free informational workshops for domestic well owners. Topics include well construction, flow rate, depth, static and pumping levels, water quality, water rights and pressure tanks.

Below is the schedule of workshops:

• 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Lyon County Utilities Building, 34 Lakes Blvd. in Dayton.

• 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Carson Valley Improvement Club Hall, 1602 Esmeralda Avenue in Minden.

• 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Carson City Library, 900 N. Roop St.
