Donald Harmon a Carson City resident passed away on Sept. 15, 2012. He was born in Neosho Mo. Dec.10, 1935. Donald served in the U.S. Marines corps from 1952 to 1954. Following his time in the service he worked for Pasadena School system for 19 1/2 years then the Siskiyous College for 18 yrs. Donald resided in Carson City from 1997 to 2012 and attended St. Teresa of Avila Church. Donald is survived by his wife, Della Harmon; 2 children, Suzan and Daniel; 6 Grandchildren and a Nephew Ronald Smith. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 20th at 9:30AM at St. Teresa of Avila Church, with burial to follow with military honors at Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada.
