Bail: $3,000.• 11:45 a.m.: A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a violation-of-conditions warrant. Bail: $3,000.MONDAY• 12:03 p.m.: Alicia Youngman, 51, of Carson City was arrested at 3250 E. Nye Lane on a charge of embezzlement.
