Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Bean and cheese burritos, chips and salsa, sliced apples, and chocolate ice cream.

TUESDAY: Lasagna, bread sticks, Italian vegetables, and bananas in orange juice.

WEDNESDAY: Asian chicken with noodles, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges, and vegetables.

THURSDAY: Breakfast sausage links, French toast, yogurt with strawberries, and tomato juice.

FRIDAY: Seasoned salmon patties on buns, lettuce, onion, mixed vegetables, pears, and cookies.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken gumbo, red beans and rice, colorful salad, honey dressing, and fruit cups.

TUESDAY: Chili dogs, cheese and onions, mixed vegetables, tater tots, watermelon, and ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Pizza, green beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, peaches, and cake.

THURSDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasonal zucchini, pumpkin bread, bananas, and apricot and pineapple punch.

FRIDAY: Roasted pork, spiced apples, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans almondine, whole wheat rolls with margarine, cake, and ice cream.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Baked macaroni and cheese, fish sticks, tartar sauce, seasoned green beans, fresh fruit salad, and cookies.

TUESDAY: Roasted pork tenderloin, caesar salad, couscous with fruit, Key Largo vegetables, and triple layer eggnog pie.

WEDNESDAY: Oven baked chicken, baked potatoes, sour cream and chives, peas, carrots, salad, whole wheat bread, and gelatin dessert with fruit.

THURSDAY: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, dinner rolls, three bean salad, carrots, pineapple juice, and banana pudding.

FRIDAY: Seafood ravioli, mixed salad, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, and white chocolate and peppermint cheesecake.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Tomato soup, holiday subs, baby carrots, and bananas.

TUESDAY: Chili dogs with chili beans, cheddar cheese and onion, mixed vegetables, Tater Tots, watermelon, and ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread, peaches, pineapple, and brownies.

THURSDAY: Roast beef, garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, ambrosia, dinner rolls, and dessert.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Potato omelet, sweetened applesauce, raisin bran muffins, and margarine.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Beef stroganoff, noodles, squash, oranges, spinach salad, rolls, and plums.

TUESDAY: Deviled pork chops, baked potatoes, steamed Brussels sprouts, colorful salad, and tapioca pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Chili cheese burgers, French baked potato wedges, baked beans, and salad.

THURSDAY: Chicken noodle soup, grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, salad, and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Country breakfast pie, toast, and fruit.


Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Spaghetti, vegetable salad, green salad, garlic biscuits, and banana puddings.

TUESDAY: Orange chicken, rice pilaf, egg rolls, and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, and fruit parfaits.

THURSDAY: Tilapia, rice pilaf, green beans with bacon, coleslaw, and ice cream.

FRIDAY: Pork roast, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, garden salad, peaches, and gingerbread.
