The Case Power and Equipment dealership in Sparks has been acquired by Sonsray Machinery of Los Angeles.
The dealership, one of 11 in Nevada, California, Oregon and Washington acquired by Sonsray, previously were operated as a subsidiary of CNH Construction Equipment.
