All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:TUESDAY• 3:15 a.m.: A 29-year-old Las Vegas man was arrested at Carson and Adaline streets on charges of speeding, driving without a valid driver’s license and obstructing. Bail: $696• 1:54 p.m.: James Clayton Chessor, Jr., of Carson City, was arrested in the 3700 block of Tuolumne Drive on charges of battery domestic violence and battery. Bail: $4,274. • 8:10 p.m.: A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail after he turned himself in on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant.
