Heritage tops in SBA 504

Heritage Bank of Nevada has been named the largest processor of SBA 504 loans in northern Nevada last year.

The Reno-based bank partnered with Nevada State Development Corp. to provide funding on 15 projects with a total value of $22 million. Heritage Bank's portion of the loans totaled $9.8 million and the SBA 504 loans through Nevada State Development Corp. totaled $8.2 million.
