Mining claims acquired

Dakota Territory Resource Corp. of Reno said last week it acquired approximately 853 acres of unpatented lode mining claims in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

The company, which operated as Mustang Geothermal before changing its focus last year, said it acquired the claims from Black Hills Gold Exploration LLC for 1 million shares of Dakota Territory Resource common stock valued at $150,000.
