CAI officers

Norman Rosensteel, a retired property management executive in Reno, was named president-elect of the board of directors for the Nevada Chapter of the Community Association Institute, a trade organization of homeowners associations, community managers and industry partners.

James Gibson of Red Rock Financial Services was named a director.

Tonya Bates of Equus Management Group was named education chair for northern Nevada, while Lorrie Olson of the Caughlin Ranch Homeowners Association and Valerie Hand of Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group were named Northern Nevada Committee chairs.
