An approximately 100-acre fire was burning Wednesday night on Tarnahan Hill above Silver Saddle Ranch, according to the Sierra Front Interagency Dispatch Center.
No structures were threatened, according to the dispatch center.
The fire was started about 7:15 p.m. by a lightning strike.
