After racist comments, Scalia must recuse self

The U.S. Supreme Court has been hearing oral arguments brought by nine states and numerous counties seeking the nullification or significant changes to Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. During the proceeding, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia made what I believe to be racist statements and inappropriate comments regarding the functioning of the U.S. Congress.

Justice Scalia should recuse himself from participating in this case. Based on his courtroom statements, it would seem Justice Scalia is predisposed, biased and in my judgment would be unable to give a fair verdict and decision in this case, which should be determined by the facts rather than Justice Scalia being guided by his own apparent prejudices.

A sarcastic thanks for BLM’s horse ‘heroics’

Congratulations BLM. Nice job rescuing Carson City and the residents of Deer Run Road from the 11 problem wild horses.

Carson River Road, Deer Run Road South, and the flowers and gardens of homeowners in the area will now be safe. Next I assume you will remove (slaughter) the few remaining deer from Prison Hill and the immediate Pine Nut Mountain area since they are responsible for a far greater number of car and animal incidents and flower garden attacks in the area.

Carry on gang, what did we ever do without you?
