Cold Chain Technologies Inc. has signed a 60-month lease extension for its 42,500-square-foot industrial property at Stead. The building is owned by Panattoni Development Co.
Doug Roberts, partner in the Nevada division of Panattoni, said the value of the transaction was $790,500. Dave Simonsen of NAI Alliance represented Panattoni in its lease of the space at 6640 Echo Ave.
Cold Chain Technologies, headquartered at Holliston, Mass., makes refrigerants and containers to transport refrigerated products at the plant. Its customers include pharmaceutical, biotech and clinical companies.
It opened the Reno facility in 2008.
