Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for May 3. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

• Food Mart, 1102 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Genghix, 1480 N. Carson St., 100 points.

• Joanie’s Creekside Cafe & Catering, Caterer, 1795 E. College Parkway, Suite 100, 100 points.

• Joanie’s Creekside Cafe & Catering, Restaurant, 1795 E. College Parkway, Suite 100, 100 points.

• Kim Lee’s Sushi & Teriyaki, Main Kitchen, 319 N. Carson St., 96 points. Chlorine-assisted dishwasher in kitchen was not providing a 50-parts-per-million chlorine residual in the final rinse during the inspection.

• Smith’s Food & Drug, Meat Department, 599 E. William St., 93 points. One hand wash sink in the meat department inaccessible at the time of the inspection. Dirty knives were noted stored in a meat department knife rack. Biofilm was noted in the meat department ice machine. There were no wiping cloths noted in the meat department during the time of inspection.

• Smith’s Food & Drug, Produce Department, 599 E. William St., 96 points. A produce-area hand-wash sink was inaccessible during the time of inspection.
