Granite Construction Co. said last week it completed a $370,000 contract to build a pedestrian bridge over the Truckee River 2.8 miles east of Farad.
The bridge, built under contract with Truckee Meadows Water Authority, is a crossing on the Tahoe-Pyramid Bike Path and provides access to TMWA’s head gate on its their Fleish Canal/Flume.
