Survey: A national survey on the problem of alcoholism has given Nevada an image that may change the state motto from “Battle Born” to “Bottle Bearing.” A survey completed by Rutgers University Center of Alcohol Studies shows that Nevada has the highest percentage of alcoholics and alcohol consumption of any of the 50 states.
