Nevada Day: Run and walk draws Wicked Witch of the West, others looking for exercise

Winners of the costume contest in the 2013 Nevada Day Classic 8K Run and 2 Mile Run/Walk were the father-and-daughter duo of Chad and Grace Turner. She dressed as Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz” and he as the Wicked Witch of the West.
