Mound House resident Diana Sweeney will compete tonight in the Miss America Pageant.
Sweeney, who was named Miss Nevada in June, is one of 53 contestants, one from each state plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, in Atlantic City for the competition.
The pageant will be broadcast at 9 p.m. today on ABC.
