Carson City officials are reminding fair goers that parking for the NV 150 fair is taking place at Casino Fandango.

Carson City Transportation Manager Patrick Pittenger said signage will be placed directing traffic to the Fandango. Signs ask motorists from the south to use Clearview Drive and park off of Curry Street. Motorists coming from the north can exit off of Carson Street into the Fandango. At the Fandango, Jump Around Carson buses will be running from 6:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. He said buses will be running to and from Fuji Park about every 10 minutes. He said up to five buses will be serving the route.

More buses will be available until midnight for fair-goers.

“We will make sure no one is stranded,” Pittenger said.

Pittenger said the entire JAC system will be running during that time. He said there is no fare to ride JAC to the fair.

The fair will run through Sunday.
