First Baptist Church to hold block party

First Baptist Church will hold its second annual block party, which is free and open to the public, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6 at the corner of Mountain and Bath Streets.

Entertainment will be provided by the Mike Algers Band. There will be door prizes, including a television, bicycle, tricycle and toys and fun activities. A free lunch will also be provided.
