Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for President’s Day.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, peaches, and butterscotch pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Pork loin, corn, whole wheat rolls with margarine, and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Ravioli with alfredo sauce, Italian vegetables, bread sticks and spiced pears.

FRIDAY: Barbecue chicken, corn muffins, green beans, oranges and poke cake.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Center is closed for President’s Day.

TUESDAY: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, biscuits, honey, cucumbers and sour cream and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Deviled pork chops, baked potatoes, sour cream and chives, steamed Brussels sprouts, colorful salad, French dressing and tapioca.

FRIDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, broccoli, rice, pilaf, peaches, cake and ice cream.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Center is closed for President’s Day.

TUESDAY: Vegetable egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce, fried rice, stir fry vegetables, Waldorf salad, fortune cookies and tapioca pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, croutons, hard boiled eggs, rolls, grapes and cookies.

THURSDAY: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, strawberry spinach salad, green beans, dinner rolls, applesauce and coconut cream pie.

FRIDAY: Beef pot roast with gravy, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, romaine, Swiss and bacon salad, dinner rolls, spiced peaches, cake and ice cream.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for President’s Day.

TUESDAY: Beef stew, noodles, garden salad, French dressing, buttermilk biscuits, honey, and fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken pasta, vegetable medley with herbs, chopped fresh spinach, garlic bread, spiced applesauce and orange banana juice.

THURSDAY: Chili dogs, chili beans, cheddar cheese, onions, mixed vegetables, Tater Tots, watermelon and ice cream.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, cantaloupe, biscuits, margarine, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Center is closed for President’s Day.

TUESDAY: Burger stew, rice, broccoli and corn bread.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken alfredo, pasta, vegetables, garlic bread and salad.

THURSDAY: Split pea soup, meatball subs, and cucumber sour cream salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Ham, scrambled eggs, hash browns and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Center is closed for President’s Day.

TUESDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable salad, dinner rolls and fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joe’s, potato wedges, vegetables and bread pudding.

THURSDAY: Chicken enchilada casserole, refried beans, Spanish rice and tapioca.

FRIDAY DINNER 3:30: Cornish game hen, rice pilaf, vegetables, dinner rolls, salad and cake.
