CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Chile Relleno, refried beans, zucchini, blushed pears, churro.

Tuesday: Tostada with beef, beans, lettuce, cheese, onions and tomato and cookie.

Wednesday: Chicken Cacciatore, garlic bread, Italian vegetables and grapes.

Thursday: Sweet and sour pork, white rice, stir-fry vegetables, bananas in orange juice and fortune cookie.

Friday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, pea salad, French bread with margarine and ambrosia.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Polish sausage, hoagie roll, garden salad with onions and bell peppers, dressing, potato wedges and apricots.

TUESDAY: Chicken and dumplings, green peas, carrot/raisin salad, crackers and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Beef patty on bun with tomatoes, onions, mayo and ketchup, bakes beans and cantaloupe.

THURSDAY: Pizza, green beans with tomatoes and mushroom, corn, peaches and cake.

FRIDAY: Waffles, strawberry topping, eggs, ham, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Turkey-cobb sandwiches on pita bread, caesar pasta salad, cantaloupe and cheesecake.

TUESDAY: Shrimp and black bean soup, crab rolls, macaroni salad, French mango and lemon bar.

WEDNESDAY: Eggplant Parmesan spinach spaghetti, carrot raisin salad, garlic bread, fruit yogurt pie and orange banana juice.

THURSDAY: Hot oven-faced turkey sandwich, stuffing, cranberry sauce, whole baby carrots, 3-bean salad and ice cream bar.

FRIDAY: Herbed bakes chicken, baked potato with sour cream and chives, herbed vegetables medly, bread with peach butter and fresh apples.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Grilled hamburger, mixed grain bun, lettuce, and tomato, baked bean, deviled eggs, grapefruit and orange selections.

TUESDAY: Summer stew, green salad, dressing, mixed veggies, cornbread, margarine, orange and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, veggie salad, roll, margarine, raspberry/cran salad.

THURSDAY: Stuffed pepper spinach spaghetti, mixed greens, Italian dressing, garlic bread and nectarine.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Breakfast quesadilla with green and red bell pepper, cheese and egg on flour tortilla with sausage, hashbrowns, and salsa, orange, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Italian beef bake, peas and carrots and spinach salad.

TUESDAY: Chicken teriyaki, fried rice, layered salad and oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Chili cheese dog, mixed vegetables and macaroni salad.

THURSDAY: Pot roast, carrots, potatoes and salad.

FRIDAY: Breakfast 10-11: Spanish omelet, hashbrowns, sausage and fruit. Bingo at 11 a.m.
