Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for May 29. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Bistro at the Bryan, 901 S. Stewart St., 100 points.

EZ Market, 262 W. Winnie Lane, 100 points.

Panda Kitchen, 1986 E. Highway 50, 99 points. Food stored in the refrigeration units were not properly dated and labeled.

Carson Plaza, 2120 E. Long St., 98 points. The storage shelf above the griddle was dirty with dust and food debris. The kitchen floors along the walls, near the dishwasher and in hard-to-reach areas, were dirty.

Subway, 100 W. Winnie Lane, 92 points. The rear entry door was damaged around the doorknob, allowing the possible entry of insects. Garbage storage container lids were open. There were no certified food handlers on duty.
