Carson City was hit with a rash of graffiti early Sunday morning, and the Sheriff’s Office arrested a juvenile suspect Monday afternoon.
According to the Sheriff’s Office:
More than 40 people were targeted. Surveillance video from a victim shows two people defacing the property with spray paint. One of the alleged vandals was arrested; the other reportedly was uncooperative.
