The Nevada Highway Patrol said Wednesday a hit-and-run driver ran into former Sheriff Rich Ingram’s vehicle at McLean Road and the Reno Highway earlier this morning. Fallon NHP Sgt. Dave Cox said paramedics took several individuals, including Ingram, to Banner Churchill Community Hospital, but he did not have any details at the time.
He said NHP Troopers have talked to several witnesses and are certain they will find the driver of the vehicle that left the scene.
