Detectives seek witnesses in Carson City robbery

Carson detectives are looking for people who can help identify the man who robbed a convenience store two weeks ago.

The man was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black mask and gloves with blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

He robbed the Rand Convenience Store clerk at gunpoint using a black semi-automatic pistol, then left with an undisclosed amount of cash. The robbery occurred shortly after 9 p.m. April 19.
