Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Bean and cheese burrito bake, Spanish rice, corn, spiced apples and churro.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked cod, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Asian chicken salad, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges, bread with margarine and fortune cookies.

THURSDAY: Bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches, carrot raisin salad, grape juice, cottage cheese and fruit.

FRIDAY: Beef stroganoff, rolls with margarine, mixed vegetables, fruit cocktail and brownies.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Turkey wraps, flour tortillas, spinach salad, cranberry salad and pumpkin pie.

TUESDAY: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges and fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Baked haddock, baked potatoes with sour cream, chives, salad, Italian dressing, whole wheat bread, peach butter, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

THURSDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, vegetables, whole wheat bread with margarine and fresh oranges.

FRIDAY: Baked omelet with ham and cheese, blueberry muffins, margarine, grapes, V8 and orange juice.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Stuffed green bell peppers, spinach pasta, salad, garlic bread and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Seasoned chicken nuggets, green beans with mushrooms, mashed potatoes, tossed salad with Italian dressing and gingerbread.

WEDNESDAY: Sausage and pepper baked ziti, apple and zucchini slaw, broccoli spears, roasted garlic bread and apple Crispitos.

THURSDAY: Barbecue beef, roasted potato wedges, summer fruit punch salad, pasta with asparagus and sherbet.

FRIDAY: Cream of potato soup, baked cod, mixed vegetables, creamed corn muffins, bananas, oatmeal raisin cookies and cran-apple juice.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Chicken berry salad, raspberry vinaigrette, whole wheat rolls with margarine and cookies.

TUESDAY: Dixieland shortcake, black eyed peas, garden salad, Italian dressing and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, tossed salad, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat rolls with margarine, fruit cocktail and pink lemonade.

THURSDAY: Hamburgers, whole wheat buns, mixed vegetables, baked beans, deviled eggs, grapefruit and orange sections.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Baked omelet with ham and cheese, blueberry muffins, fresh fruit, V8 and orange juice.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Beef stroganoff, rolls, spinach salad and oranges.

TUESDAY: Cuban sandwiches, chips and cucumbers in sour cream.

WEDNESDAY: Baked cod with basil pesto, creamed corn and onion roasted potatoes.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour chicken, peas and carrots, spinach, rice and bread.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Breakfast sandwiches and cottage cheese with peaches.
