CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Memorial Day.

TUESDAY: Sweet and sour chicken over rice, Asian vegetables, pineapple and orange sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, pea salad, peaches and biscuits with margarine.

THURSDAY: French bread pizza, tomato vinaigrette, fruit cups and blueberry pie.

FRIDAY: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, glazed carrots and blushed pears.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Memorial Day.

TUESDAY: Baked chicken tenders, French baked potatoes, beets in orange juice, whole wheat bread with apple butter, carrot and raisin salad and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for a senior health and fitness fair, which takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Dayton Senior Center.

THURSDAY: Deviled pork chops, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, steamed Brussels sprouts, colorful salad, low-sodium French dressing and tapioca pudding.

FRIDAY: Sausage, egg and cheese on English muffins, hash browns, peaches, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Memorial Day.

TUESDAY: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, dinner rolls, marinated tomatoes, vegetables and banana pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Combination pizza, Greek salad, fresh pineapple and pink lemonade.

THURSDAY: Barbecue chicken, roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, cracked wheat bread and fruited gelatin dessert.

FRIDAY: Salisbury steak, spinach grape salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, French green beans, mushroom, bacon and cherry turnovers.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Memorial Day.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce, baked acorn squash, salad, Italian dressing, bread with margarine and strawberry banana yogurt.

WEDNESDAY: Center is closed for a senior health and fitness fair, which takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Dayton Senior Center.

THURSDAY: Turkey and bean burritos, corn, carrot and raisin salad and red cherries.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Pancakes, margarine and syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Memorial Day.

TUESDAY: Mexican meatballs, rice, seasoned zucchini and tortillas.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken a la king, noodles, carrots, biscuits and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Turkey wraps and potato salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, bacon and watermelon.
