2 arrested in 2009 Oklahoma City shooting deaths

OKLAHOMA CITY — Federal marshals have arrested two men in the 2009 deaths of a prostitute featured on HBO’s “Cathouse” series and three others.

The Oklahoman reports Russell Hogshooter and Johnathan Cochran were arrested Wednesday in Delaware County.

The victims include 22-year-old Brooke Phillips, who had worked for a legal brothel in Mound House featured on HBO. The other victims were 22-year-old Milagros Barrera, 25-year-old Jennifer Ermey and 32-year-old Casey Mark Barrientos.

A 36-year-old man, Denny Phillips, is scheduled to go to trial in the case in April. He’s charged with six counts of first-degree murder because Brooke Phillips and Barrera were pregnant when they were killed.

David Allen Tyner pleaded guilty to six counts of first-degree murder in 2012 and received consecutive life prison sentences.
