Lady Tamales, 933 E. Woodside Drive, Suite 102, 100 points.
Royal Inn, 1718 N. Carson St., 100 points.
Walmart Supercenter, bakery, 3200 Market St., 100 points.
Walmart Supercenter, grocery, 3200 Market St., 100 points.
Capital City Liquor, 1511 N. Carson St., 99 points. Bags of ice manufactured on site were not properly labeled.
Jack in the Box, 3225 Retail Drive, 99 points. The floor under the three-compartment sink was dirty, corrected on site.
Denny’s, 2299 N. Carson St., 98 points. There was black buildup under the dishwasher. Construction of coving and trim painting was incomplete. A light fixture over the dishwasher wasn’t working.
