Spaghetti feed to raise money for upcoming health events

RAM will hold health clinics, sponsored by Healthy Communities Coalition, in both Carson City and Lyon County later this year. The organization will bring its mobile clinic to provide health screenings, immunizations, as well as dental and vision care to hundreds of adults and children in need. There are no eligibility requirements; anyone can attend, and care is given on a first come, first serve basis. The Carson City event will be Oct. 16-18 at Carson High School. The Lyon County event will be Oct. 9-11 at the Yerington Boys & Girls Clubs.

RAM’s mission is to prevent pain and alleviate suffering by providing free quality healthcare to those in need and to be the best at providing free clinic events, without discrimination, which enhance quality of life to those who are impoverished, isolated, and underserved.
