Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Baked ham with apricot glaze, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts and peaches.

TUESDAY: Bean burrito bake, Spanish rice, corn and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stew, French bread, margarine, dinner salad, apple juice and butterscotch pudding.

THURSDAY: Chicken Parmesan, Italian vegetables, bread sticks and pears.

FRIDAY: Salmon, wild rice, broccoli with cheese sauce, spiced apples and Boston cream pie.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Minestrone soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, sliced tomatoes, chopped romaine, low-fat and low-sodium French dressing and fresh kiwi.

TUESDAY: Baked liver and onions or Salisbury steak, corn, tomatoes vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, whole wheat bread, apple butter and sliced peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls and peach cobbler.

THURSDAY: Chili dogs with chili beans, cheddar cheese and onions, mixed vegetables, Tater Tots, watermelon and ice cream.

FRIDAY: Pancakes with margarine and syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Two beef tacos, ranch beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Baked ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, Oregon blend vegetables, winter fruit salad with mustard and lime dressing, dinner rolls and carrot cake.

WEDNESDAY: Roasted turkey with cranberry glaze, stuffing, broccoli casserole and spring mix salad.

THURSDAY: Creamy lemon shrimp with penne pasta, asparagus, Parisian bread, tropical fruit salad and lemon zest cheesecake.

FRIDAY: Beef vegetable soup, sweet Italian sausage, peppers and onions over polenta, steamed broccoli, mixed green salad and fresh bananas.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Black bean soup, tuna salad sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked fish, broccoli stuffed potatoes, carrots and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken chow mein, egg rolls and fried rice.

THURSDAY: Roasted pork loin, mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetables.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Eggs, hash browns, sausage and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Hamburgers, Tater Tots, baked beans and cherry crisp.

TUESDAY: Tuna casserole, green salad and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Tamales with green chili sauce, Spanish rice, refried beans and tapioca pudding.

THURSDAY: Ham, scalloped potatoes, onions, salad and butterscotch pudding.

FRIDAY: Steak, baked potatoes and salad.
