The hometown-style market, Los Caporales Supermarket located at 1621 Highway 50, celebrated on Friday with Mayor Robert Crowell and other dignitaries to introduce the market to the community. Surrounded by ethnic food, freshly baked breads and colorful piñatas, Mayor Crowell read a certificate of congratulations to owner Jesus Navarrete.
