Dayton man killed in Mono bicycle crash

Bridgeport, Calif. — A Dayton man was killed after he crashed his bicycle on Monday at a Twin Lakes campground near Bridgeport.

Kennedy Feulner, 72, was riding mountain bikes with his grandson when he crashed and went over the handle bars.

A call of an unconscious person came in at about 1:15 p.m. Monday. Mono County Paramedics, Bridgeport Fire Department, and the Mono County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of an unconscious male near the Mono Village campground.

The cause of death is pending autopsy results but appears to from injuries caused by the crash, Mono County spokeswoman Jennifer Hansen said.
