Pets of the Homeless in Carson City is seeking a volunteer with professional phone skills and computer experience. This volunteer opportunity involves conversing with Pets of the Homeless volunteers across the country.
USDA is partnering with Friends in Service Helping (FISH) to offer food distribution to low-income individuals and families in the Carson area every other month. The next distribution will be from 9 to 11 a.m. March 20 at the Carson City Community Center. Volunteers are needed from 8 to 11 a.m. on the third Friday of every other month to help with sign-ups and food distribution. Help keep the community fed and sign up today.
