Love on a leash in Carson City

7-year-old Addy Morgan reads a book to 2-year-old ‘Docker’ Saturday at the Carson City Library. The ‘Love on a Leash’ event is an opportunity for children to read to well-trained therapy dogs and each child gets a free book to take home.
