Stephen Lincoln recently accepted the RE/MAX 100% Club Award from Vinnie Tracy, president of RE/MAX International.
Stephen Lincoln of RE/MAX Realty Affiliates completed a rigorous new home sales course to earn his national certification as a Certified New Home Specialist. Lincoln also completed and earned the Residential Construction Certification.
The training covered architectural design and planning; blueprint reading; topography; building site design; evaluating quality construction; materials; methods; construction terminology; scheduling; as well as buyer/builder relations; customer service and the use of various organizational tools and systems.
Lincoln has been active in Carson City real estate since 1988. He holds the Accredited Buyer Representative; Certified Residential Specialist; Graduate, Realtors Institute; Certified Distressed Property Expert; and social media designations. He’s a winner of RE/MAX’s 100% Club; Platinum Club; Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards.
