Thank you, special thank you for your efforts in my search for information. The extra effort and interest you made was a rarity. Usually the answer is, “Go to our website ...”

I want to thank Vicki at the Nevada Business and Industry Department for her leads. She suggested Suzanne, who confirmed the information on the website was erroneous and suggested I contact City Hall. Each call produced more leads. Janice at City Hall gave a yeoman’s effort, did not give up, and found the information I needed.

These women should be commended. They exhibited the meaning of customer service! How often do we get that kind of effort?
