Local United Way chapter names board, officers

United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra (UWNNS) announced its 2017 board of directors and officers.

Named as UWNNS officers were: Stephanie Ginter, senior business rental sales executive, Enterprise Holdings, board chair; Mitch Cohen, district manager, U.S. Bank, vice chair; Nancy Hamilton, vice president, community development, Wells Fargo, vice chair; Diane Ravenscroft, CPA, MacFarlane, Faletti & Co. LLP, treasurer; and Jason Weldon, store leader and vice president, Scheels All Sports, Inc., secretary.

Other 2017 UWNNS board members include: Priscilla Bender, volunteer, United Way Community Impact Council; Phillip Cote, Reno Hub & Feeder division manager, UPS; Bonnie Drinkwater, owner, Drinkwater Law Offices; Jessica Glover, West Coast account executive, Better World Books; Rick Gorman, chief financial officer, Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority; Laura Granier, partner, Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP; Estela Gutierrez, vice president of student services, Truckee Meadows Community College; Larry V.
