Several months ago our local SCORE Chapter broadcast the following message:

Want to own and run a Well-Run Business?

We had a great response. 18 local business owners participated on Wednesdays over a three-week, before-work series that promised “It will change the way you look at your company.” Each class was on a Wednesday, 3-weeks in a row. They started promptly at 7:30 a.m. and ended at 9 a.m.

This amazing series delivered on that promise. Here are some of the testimonials from the series:

“It did change the way that I looked at my business. It gave me easy-to-understand concepts so my business could be considered a ‘Well Run Business.’”

“Provide clear pathways to put together bits of knowledge into a pattern. Not a difficult time commitment.”

“Breakdown into 8 simple concepts. Interaction with many SCORE volunteers”

“This gives you a flavor for all facets of business and makes you hunger for more.”

Times change and so does how the small business owner operates their business. It is important to keep on top of business theory, a different way of looking at things from financial to creating a compelling tagline.

This series is designed for any business owner who wants to review their options and improve their operations.

Learn how to focus on the relatively small number of business factors that are critical to business success. We are convinced that the fundamentals discussed in this series are the key elements in a successful and sustainable business.
