Carson City Parks and Recreation officially launched its first program at the Multi-Purpose Athletic Center — the MAC — which just opened with its youth basketball Little Senators program. The Little Senators and the Youth Basketball League with third and fourth graders tipped off Saturday. The department will be holding programs at the MAC seven days a week, beginning Monday.
