Vendors being accepted for Early Childhood Expo in Carson City

The Carson City School District is accepting applications for vendors for their second annual Early Childhood Expo in March.

The expo is organized by the Early Childhood Advisory to provide early childhood information and resources to Carson City, and it’s going to have resource information, giveaways, food, raffles, entertainment and activities for children 0-6 years old. It is being held March 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Carson City Boys and Girls Clubs.

Interested vendors must fill out a registration form by Jan. 29.

The expo planners do have specific requirements for interested vendors including:

Vendors must provide a child-friendly activity and donate 1 child friendly raffle prize.

The activity must be age appropriate and supervised by vendor staff; 2-3 staff are recommended.

Raffle drawings will be completed during the event; business card or information are recommended.

Raffle prizes can be dropped off the day of the event between the hours of 8– 9 a.m.

Vendors must park off site to allow for community parking. A complimentary shuttle will provide transport to Mark Twain Elementary.
