A new milestone in flight was announced by Custer Channel Wing Corp. With radical design, the twin engine plane is capable of staying aloft at speeds as slow as 11 miles an hour. The craft took off from Oxnard, Calif., and after a run of 200 feet, climbed 3,000 feet a minute.
